I was an Account Manager in the Hardship Department. I worked with high risk card members and it is my responsibility to evaluate their economic situation to determine if they qualify for an assistance program. I also negotiated payments for accounts that are over their credit limit.

07/08 - 04/09

I worked on the American Express project at Teleperformance applying brilliant customer service techniques during the process of activating, educating and customizing new card accounts. I also performed balance transfers, processed up sells for insurance products and additional cards, online banking enrollments, account maintenance and other duties relating to the needs of the card member.

 I was awarded the employee of the month award along with employee of the year for outstanding customer service

08/06 - 05/07

I was a supervisor in charge of the store‘s cash registers.  I made sure cashiers got their breaks and performed smooth transactions to ensure our guests speedy check outs and returns. I performed voids, dispensed change and trouble shooted technical difficulties involving our registers. I also performed evaluations and worked in the office as a time clock editor, doing payroll and completing various human resources tasks.

As a tax preparer at Instant Tax Service it was my job to prepare personal, state and federal tax returns.
